Только позитивные впечатления. Процесс отработан детально. На все вопросы отвечали быстро, четко и вежливо. Гораздо быстрее, чем через консульство (при звонке в консульство в феврале сдача документов была назначена на середину мая, что оставляло меня без действующего паспорта, а это при моей ситуации с родными в России неприемлемо). В Russian Passport Service документы принимаются сразу и процесс начинается незамедлительно. Кроме того, сэкономлено много нервов и средств, поскольку не пришлось два раза ездить в DC.
