Перед моим отъездом паспорт ещё не был готов и был вылан мне вдогонку, прямо в Европу. Я получила его буквально на следующий день после высылки. Весь процесс занял три с половиной месяца. Applied for a new passport with this company. The job was done perfectly. No delays. Communicating with the company was easy. A little problem in my application form was resolved over the phone within 24 hours after receiving my paperwork. It took me longer to reach the Russian consulate in DC by phone than to renew the passport through the company (no kidding). Well done. If I only knew about this company before...

Паспорт получила через три месяца. Хотя один вопрос у меня возник. Я читала что теперь паспарта выдаются на 10 лет, мне же выдан паспорт на пять,почему?

I am so glad to have your service available. I was not able to travel to DC due to time and money involved and this service was just a blessing. I already recommended you to two of my friends. The only thing I wish was better, is more information upfront about the stamp in the internal passport and how to have it done during the new external passport process, not after. I just found out I will have to get it done when I go to Russia. Also, when will the embassy start issuing the passports of new format (biometric and for 10 years)?
