All Russian passports are processed through the Russian Consulate in Washington DC. To apply for a new Russian passport please fill out the application form, sign and notarize the consulate forms sent by our customer service consultants and send them to us by mail along with additional documents*.
Our office is located in downtown Chicago and if you live in the area, you may consult with us in person as well as document pick up/drop off to our passport processing office.
*Attention: according to the official requirements our application form is filled out in Russian. The list of additional documents is also provided in the Russian language to avoid confusions about the specific names of Russian documents.
