Passport renewals for Russian citizens permanently residing in the US and without the Russian internal passport/residence
The Russian citizens permanently residing in the USA and registered in the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy in the USA (Washington DC) may apply for Russian passport renewals if:
- The Russian passport has expired;
- All pages of the Russian passport have been used;
- The Russian passport was lost or spoiled.
All Russian passports are processed through the Russian Consulate in Washington DC. To apply for a new Russian passport please fill out the application form, sign and notarize the consulate forms sent by our customer service consultants and send them to us by mail along with additional documents*.
Our office is located downtown Chicago and if you live in the area, you may consult with us in person as well as document pick up/drop off to our passport processing office.
*Attention: according to the official requirements our application form is filled out in Russian. The list of additional documents is also provided in the Russian language to avoid confusions about the specific names of Russian documents.
